DGZ is an abbreviation of the Founders last name, Dominguez. The goal was to create a company where service and quality was an obligation as family would expect. DGZ Staffing was established in El Paso Texas 2021 by Founder, Ivan Dominguez to create opportunities for the working class in his community. Additionally, DGZ Staffing was created to provide an efficient staffing solution for businesses in El Paso and surrounding areas.
